Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, EPC Distribution will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items
